1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HomeHaven.ai and any related services ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. HomeHaven Group LLC ("HomeHaven," "we," "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. What HomeHaven Does

HomeHaven is a manufactured home matching and advisory platform. We help consumers discover, compare, and connect with manufactured home dealers based on their budget, lifestyle, land status, and home preferences. HomeHaven earns revenue by routing qualified buyer inquiries to dealer partners.

HomeHaven is NOT a real estate agent, mortgage lender, financial advisor, or dealer. We do not sell homes, hold title, provide loans, or make credit decisions. All financing, purchase, and legal agreements are between you and the dealer or lender directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using HomeHaven, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. HomeHaven is currently available only in the United States.

4. Your Information and Consent

When you complete our quiz or intake form, you provide information about your home preferences and contact details. By submitting the form and checking the consent boxes, you agree to:

• Be contacted by HomeHaven via SMS and email about your inquiry.
• Have your information shared with matched dealer partners so they can follow up with you directly.
• Receive recurring automated SMS messages from HomeHaven about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy for details.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. HomeHaven uses your self-reported information to match you with dealers — we do not independently verify income, credit, or financial information you provide.

5. No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on HomeHaven constitutes financial, credit, investment, tax, or legal advice. Monthly payment estimates shown on the Platform are illustrative only and are not a loan offer, pre-approval, pre-qualification, or commitment to lend. Actual payments depend on loan amount, interest rate, term, lender, and approval.

HomeHaven does not make credit decisions, generate adverse-action notices, or assess creditworthiness. Financing readiness information you provide is used only to route you to the appropriate dealer or program — not to approve or deny financing.

6. Dealer Relationships

HomeHaven connects you with independent dealer partners. Dealers are not employees or agents of HomeHaven. HomeHaven does not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for:

• The accuracy of any information provided by dealers.
• Home pricing, availability, or specifications.
• Dealer communication practices or timelines.
• The terms of any purchase, financing, or other agreement you enter with a dealer.
• Home quality, installation, or post-sale service.

Your relationship with any dealer is between you and the dealer directly. HomeHaven does not participate in and is not a party to any transaction between you and a dealer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on HomeHaven — including text, graphics, AI-generated recommendations, brand assets, and software — is owned by HomeHaven Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Submit fake inquiries to manipulate our matching system.
• Use the Platform for commercial lead generation or competitive intelligence without written permission.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HOMEHAVEN MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY HOME MATCH WILL RESULT IN A PURCHASE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEHAVEN GROUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATED TO ANY DEALER RELATIONSHIP, HOME PURCHASE, OR FINANCING DECISION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $100.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved by binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, under JAMS rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or data misuse claims.

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
