- Contact information: first name, last name, email address, phone number.
- Home preferences: desired bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, home type, new vs. pre-owned preference.
- Location information: ZIP code, state, county, property address or land status.
- Financial readiness signals (self-reported): estimated monthly payment budget, down payment availability, household income range, and self-reported credit confidence. We do not pull credit reports and we do not make credit decisions.
- Timeline and urgency: when you plan to move, whether you own land, and how ready you are to talk to a dealer.
- Communication preferences: your consent to receive SMS and email communications.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, UTM parameters from ads, and pages visited — collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications: messages you send us, including through our AI chat interface.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Match you with manufactured home options and dealer partners based on your preferences.
- Route your inquiry to the most appropriate dealer or partner in our network.
- Send you SMS and email communications about your inquiry, home options, and next steps — only with your consent.
- Improve our matching algorithm, quiz, and product experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud and abuse.
- Analyze traffic and usage patterns to improve our platform.
HomeHaven is not a lender, creditor, or financial advisor. We do not make credit approval or denial decisions. Financial readiness information is used solely to match you with the right dealer path — never to generate adverse-action notices or credit decisions.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your personal information in the following circumstances:
- Dealer partners: When you complete our quiz and consent to be connected with a dealer, we share your contact information, home preferences, and a readiness summary with the matched dealer. You will be informed before your information is sent to any specific dealer.
- Service providers: We use third-party tools to operate our platform, including GoHighLevel (CRM and communications), PostHog (analytics), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI assistance). These providers are contractually bound to handle your data only as directed.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of HomeHaven, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: If HomeHaven is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unaffiliated third-party advertisers.
5. SMS and Email Communications (TCPA / CAN-SPAM)
By checking the SMS consent box on our quiz, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from HomeHaven at the phone number you provided, including messages about your home search, dealer introductions, and follow-up information. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
By checking the email consent box, you agree to receive emails from HomeHaven about your inquiry and home-search journey. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our platform, remember your preferences, and analyze how visitors use our site. We use analytics tools (PostHog) that may set cookies on your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of our platform.
We use UTM parameters and standard ad-network tracking pixels to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We do not use cross-site tracking for purposes unrelated to HomeHaven.
Manage or revoke your consent
You can change your mind about HomeHaven communications at any time:

- Email: click Unsubscribe in the footer of any HomeHaven email.
- Dealer routing: ask us to stop sharing your information with a specific dealer by emailing support@homehaven.ai with the subject "Revoke dealer consent."
- All HomeHaven contact: email support@homehaven.ai with the subject "Delete my data." We respond within 30 days.
Revocation is not a credit-related action and has no bearing on any financing decision. HomeHaven is not a lender.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of SMS communications (reply STOP to any text).
- Opt out of email communications (click Unsubscribe in any email).
- Request that we not share your information with specific dealers.

8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to operate our platform, maintain our dealer relationships, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Lead information is typically retained for 3 years from the date of collection, unless you request deletion. Consent records are retained for 5 years.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@homehaven.ai.
10. Children
HomeHaven is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
